Profile

This course will provide the students with a solid foundation on the various aspects of hotel and resort management from front to back office. Beyond learning the operational functions of key hospitality divisions such as rooms, front office and food services, students will also take modules on banquet sales and marketing, convention management, human resource management.

This course will provide the students with a global perspective of the travel and tourism industry as they learn about current trends, sub-sectors and other industry components. They will gain an in-depth knowledge on tourism business management which covers planning, product development,marketing and operation.
